Bayside City Council | Bayside City Council provided a grant for the 2022/23 financial year. This supported BP & LOS groups in Brighton, Hampton, Ricketts's Point and Sandringham. These groups were able to purchase new promotional materials including signage, T Shirts and even pay for online advertising. All of this is designed to encourage Bayside residents to get actively involved in the community through volunteering. |

Port Philip Bay Fund | We successfully applied for grant funding from the Victorian Government's Port Phillip Bay Fund 2021/22 stream to support a significant project. We aim to increase local action to reduce plastic pollution and use of innovative litter collection data. Volunteer groups will expand their role in collecting data through the LitterStopper app which feeds into DEECA's Litterwatch database. |
