Bringing the community together to help keep Sandringham’s streets litter free

Litter in the streets and parks will eventually end up in waterways, beaches, bays and ocean and it can be stopped at the source.  Rubbish including plastics, cigarette butts and face masks present significant and long-term issues to the environment, ecosystem and precious wildlife.

Love Our Street was established in collaboration with BeachPatrol Australia to encourage the community to come out once a month for an hour to help clean our neighbourhoods, and to encourage sustainable practices.

Love Our Street 3191 group leaders Allison and Simon welcome all volunteers to come and spend an hour a month improving the environment and enjoy some social time afterwards!

Regular cleans will be on the 1st Sunday of each month in locations around the Sandringham area.
