| Standard BP/LOS Clean | 57 | Mentone pn | We had another good turnout with 8 volunteers for our August Beach Patrol. Together we found 8 bags of rubbish weighing 15.4kgs including 24 bottles and cans, 19 loose bottle lids and 14 coffee cups. Also thought I check out the results from our previous August Beach Patrols and see how things compare. August 2025 - 30.8kgs (11 bags) August 2024 - 13.2kgs (5bags) August 2023 - 7.4kgs (4bags) August 2022 - 27.3kgs (12 bags) August 2019 - 16.2 kgs (6 bags) August 2018 - 26.6 kgs (10 bags) But our biggest (worst) day ever was February 2017 when 7 of us collected 101.1kgs (27 bags) including 274 bottles and cans which washed up on the beach.
