Butt litterers get a salient message

The lazy people who drop their cigarette butts in Albert Park received a clear sign this weekend to make the effort and walk a few meters to put their butts in the bin where they belong.  Is it that hard?  Really?

3186 Beach Patrol Receives a Grant from Bayside Council

3186 Beach Patrol was delighted to be supported in 2014-15 by a $3500 grant from Bayside Council. The grant will fund an expansion of the group and purchase some more shirts and caps as well as some cleanup equipment like grabbers. 

New litter collection bags

New litter collection bags for BeachPatrol have arrived.   These new bags will further brand the image of BeachPatrol all along our coast and make our dedicated volunteers look more stylish  when on the beach!     Thanks to a grant from the Port Phillip Council.
