A wonderful 13 volunteers picked up 54kg of rubbish and 119 bottle and cans. The usual amount of ciggie butts (too many) were collected and this time round there was a shocking amount of micro plastics and nurdles!

Mordi Feb 2020 Clean by mordi3195@beachpatrol.com.au
A huge thankyou to the Mordialloc Beach Patrollers that attended the first clean of the year. The usual suspects were picked up like bottle and cans etc but strangely there was an unsual amount of dirty disposable nappies and dirty adult underwear thrown amongst the bush areas. Also outside the Mordialloc Lifesaving Club there is always bottles and cans thrown everywhere.
