To launch 2020 the Hampton Beach Patrol team were back at Green Point carpark area as our destination for our January clean. It was very wet and cold morning, unfortunatly it was also pouring with rain. Despite the bad weather, Hampton beach patrol team managed to collect 32.9kgs of rubbish; 142 recyclables and no syringes. A massive Thank you to the 11 brave volunteers who were able to come along to help keep our beaches clean.
Most interesting items found Large pink bean bag, Vaccum Cleaner, Frame of Marquee Tent and one dangerous looking fishing knife.
Our Next Clean, Hampton Beach Patrol is heading to Small Street on Sunday the 2nd of Febuary 2020, starting at 9 am till 10 am. Anyone is welcome to join us.
