Our 9am beach clean this month didn't start like most do. If one was flying over Princes Pier at that time, they would have seen our message: CLEAN PLANET!
Thanks to the all of the volunteers who laid down to form letters spelling out our message in the sand and to the many hands (and paws) who helped clean the beach, rock groynes and surrounding shrubs. Our collection included the usual suspects, -- bottles and cans, hard plastic fragments, cigarette butts, soft plastic film, lolly wrappers, none of which belong on our beaches.
Thanks to our volunteers for loving the beach and taking care of it.
