Thanks to Beth, Ian and Scott for leading the beach clean on 6 April whilst I was away. Beth's comments from the day:

It was a lovely, relaxing day on the beach, great to have some new joiners! There were 18 volunteers that helped to clean up the beach at Black Rock, collecting 15 bags of rubbish in total, roughly 30 Kg of litter. Well done and thanks everyone for your hard work!

The main items, once again, were plastic fragments, cigarette butts and straws. Recyclables removed were 28 bottles and 14 cans. Also as usual here at Half Moon Bay, there was quite a lot of fishing line, rope, soy sauce mini bottles and a brick. Very few nurdles were found at least (about 40)
