Second clean at Sunnyside Beach Southern section in Mount Eliza, following first round 4 weeks prior.
Vegetated areas behind beach were still covered in plastic, much of it disintegrated over the years, broken into many small fragments.
This beach is a "drive in" beach, obvious that many people come here to eat takeaway and have a beer, then throw stuff out of the window - too lazy to walk to the waste bins.
Cigarette butts covering car park and surrounding areas.
No recycling bin present, requested Council to install recycling bins.
Plastic fragments on beach, lots of nurdles present this time (no nurdles found at October clean).
