3199 Frankston Beach Patrol July Clean Up
A great day was had by all as 3199 Frankston Beach Patrol ascended on Frankston beach today for their second clean up day.

Working between Kannanook Creek and Oliver's Hill, part of the team made a dedicated effort today to tackle the rocks near the entrance to the Oliver's Hill car park while others continued along the beach.

Following the successful clean up, about 10 or so members made their way over the highway to the ever popular Aum Shanti café for a very well deserved drink and for those with an appetite, a bite to eat.

Frankston can certainly be equally as proud of the effort made by the group today as I am, the result of which are listed.

Werribee starts off in the rain
3030 Beachpatrol in Werribee had its first group clean today.  The weather was not the best but could have been worse however.   Cold and rain on and off.   Still 24 hardy volunteers turned out to tackle the litter problem along a Werribee South beach.  This is a beach with scrub above the sandy area.  So a lot wind blown rubbish was caught in the scrubs.
